Refund Policy

How platform billing and store-level refunds are handled.

Scaleup subscription and platform billing refunds are reviewed case by case. Manual payments must be verified before subscription access is activated.

Customer product refunds are managed by each vendor according to their own store policy and applicable local rules.

If a vendor needs help with billing or payment verification, they can contact support@scaleup.codes with invoice and transaction details.
