Rules for using Scaleup as a vendor, staff member, or customer.
Scaleup provides software tools for vendors to create and manage online stores. Vendors are responsible for their products, pricing, customer communication, fulfillment, legal compliance, and refund decisions.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use Scaleup for illegal products or deceptive business practices.
Scaleup may restrict access to stores that violate platform rules, fail verification, have billing issues, or create security or customer trust risks.
Platform features, pricing, and limits may change as the product evolves. Active vendors will be notified when a material change affects their store operations.
